RECOMMENDED INTAKE

Recommended portion for consumption during the day necessary to obtain the beneficial effect of the product: 1 tablet, twice a day, with water.

• Organic hawthorn fruit extract - 400 mg
• Organic valerian root extract - 400 mg
• Organic extract of motherwort herb - 200 mg
