Organic white shelled SEZAM after roasting can be a tasty addition to salads, bread and various dishes. It can be used for home preparation of tahina - SESAME paste, an excellent alternative to BUTTER or margarine. We also recommend in ground form as a sprinkle for groats, rice, soups or steamed vegetables. SEZAM seeds should be ground immediately before consumption. Soaking SEZAM beforehand improves its digestibility.
