Inulin is obtained exclusively from organic agave (Blue Agave Tequilana Webber). It is a natural carbohydrate, has prebiotic properties. Inulin is recommended as an addition to fermented milk products, baked goods (improves the structure of cakes) and thickening (instead of flour).
