DESCRIPTION
Traditionally, tamari sauce is used to enhance the taste of stewed meats, soups, pasta, fried vegetables, dressings, marinades. Excellent in combination with vinegar or rice wine, ginger, garlic, mustard and pepper.
25% less salt compared to soy sauce.
