DESCRIPTION

Original Japanese product. Ideal for meat, FISH, vegetables and seaweed dishes.
It can be consumed alone as a dip, e.g. for sushi or sashimi, or in combination with other ingredients.
A bit of soy sauce added to the dish will increase its taste and give a characteristic oriental aftertaste and a slightly brown color.
When using SOY sauce, remember to always add it at the end, because long cooking will cause SOY sauce to completely dominate the whole dish.
