DESCRIPTION
The package contains 4 pasta sockets.
HOW TO PREPARE
Bring 1 l of water to a boil, then put pasta in it (1 socket per person). When the pasta begins to develop, separate it gently with a fork, then reduce the heat to medium.
Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the pasta softens. Strain the pasta through a sieve and rinse lightly in cold water.
Serving suggestion: Combine with miso soup for a traditional Japanese dish.
