RECOMMENDED INTAKE

Adults: 10 to 15 ml (2-3 teaspoons) 3 times a day diluted in approx. 100 ml of water or with any other drink.
Children over 3 years of age: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) 3 times a day diluted in approx. 50 ml of water or with another drink.

CAUTION

Do not exceed the daily recommended dose. Maintaining proper health requires balanced nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. The product can not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The acidity of the supplement and the possible sediment at the bottom of the bottle, white coating on the surface, gases are a natural effect of the fermentation process.
