DESCRIPTION
Dietary supplement. Chamomile vulgaris affects the health of the immune, respiratory and digestive systems.
USE
- Orally: twice a day, 1 to 2 drops. It should be taken diluted in a tablespoon of honey or in herbal infusion.
- Skin (massage, bath): 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Aromatizing the air: 5 to 10 drops according to personal preferences and the size of the room.
