HOW TO PREPARE
- To obtain a strong, expressive infusion, it is recommended to pour 1 teaspoon of assam tea into a 200 ml cup.
- Then pour the leaves with hot, but not boiling water - preferably with a temperature of 95-96 degrees C.
- Brew the infusion covered for about 3 minutes, then strain
