DESCRIPTION
Organic ashwagandha (Indian ginseng) is a plant with a very long tradition used, m.in. in Ayurvedic medicine for over 2000 years. It is one of the most important herbs in Ayurveda, which is currently gaining more and more popularity in Europe. Ashwagandha is a low shrub reaching about 150 cm in height, having yellow-green flowers and red or orange fruits (berries). It is recommended for people exposed to stress, intensively working and athletes.
RECOMMENDED INTAKE
Powdered root should be consumed as an additive to dishes in the amount of 2 g (about 1 teaspoon) per day. The product should not be consumed when using drugs with sedative, hypnotic or antiepileptic effects, do not use in children, pregnant women and during lactation.
